Overview
Probably the only reasons I haven't been going here as my main theater is because they aren't listed in Fandango.
They have most everything I look for in a theater. They also have some things I didn't know I was missing, such as a progress bar below each movie time that indicates how full that showing is.
There are a ton of stores in the same and an adjacent shopping center.
Only minor downsides are that it seems pretty popular (more seats are taken), they don't take your order at your seat, and they don't offer upscale dining. While I haven't confirmed it, I doubt they offer many lesser known movies (they're more about blockbusters than independent/arthouse cinema), and they probably don't have overnight movie marathons.
Details
- Food & Drink
Better than standard theater food. The chicken and fries are great. They also have a bar with a wide selection of drinks (alcohol isn't allowed in the IMAX auditorium). There is also great food next door at Lele.
- Tickets
They aren't on Fandango. They have an iPhone app, but probably cheaper to pay in person.
- Pricing
Normal pricing, but need to pay about $5 to cross the toll bridge (on the return trip).
- Seating
They have little swivel tables and reclining seats (except IMAX). Sitting in the front row is comfortable (except IMAX). Auditorium 4 has separate controls for the legs and back of the reclining seat.
- Normal Movie Delay
I didn't time it, but it didn't seem to take long for the movie to start. I was even late for the start of the IMAX movie (about 15 minutes in).
- IMAX Screen
The seats don't recline, but they are comfortable (they include a small swivel table). The screen is quite tall and close to the seats, so it's better to sit a few rows back. No alcohol is allowed in the IMAX (auditorium 11).
