AMC Southcenter 16 (Tukwila, WA) ★★★★☆
The AMC Southcenter 16 has a great IMAX screen and good food offerings. The key thing it lacks is alcohol.

Overview
This is part of the Southcenter mall, which is extensive (I'm a fan of the Container Store there).
Parking is best done on the highest floor where there is an entrance directly adjacent to the theater. There are multiple parking garages, so be sure to choose the one near the theater (IIRC, the other is near a Target).
On the way there, there's an exit that is confusing. The GPS says to keep left, but it really means to get in the far right lane, then once fully exited keep left. Similarly, the left turn out of the complex toward the highway requires you to immediately be in the right of the two left turn lanes so you can keep right immediately after turning left.

- Food & Drink
Pretty standard modern theater food, including flatbread pizzas. You order at kiosks (which makes it more difficult to ask for unsalted popcorn). They do not offer alcohol or delivery to your seat. They have Coke machines, so you can customize your drinks.
- 30-Minute Movie Delay
The movie started 30 minutes after the scheduled time (maybe IMAX has a special extra long delay).
- IMAX Screen
The IMAX screen is very decent. Even in the front rows, it doesn't feel too close, bit it still seems very large.
- Seating
The seats are very comfortable. I wish they leaned back, but even though they don't they seem softer or somehow otherwise more comfortable than standard seats. There are cup holders on each armrest.
